This might be related to the directxinput bug I've seen before from when the game first came out, but for any others who might try this game with an analogue keyboard (e.g. Something interesting about this however is that the original xenoverse doesn't have this issue with the unrecognised controller, it still lets the game run just with an unrecognised controller, however this causes xenoverse to crash. so after changing the controller to Xbox one mode, the game now works fine. the issues stemmed from my keyboards controller function being turned off, and as such the game recognised there was a controller but it didnt know what kind.
So, I've got the game working finally, seems the issues was with my keyboard being that it is analogue and as such emulates a controller.
I've reinstalled a few times, checked the game file integrity, every time it come back fine, I've tried running the game offline and without easy anti cheat and neither worked.įrom what I can tell, I start the game, anticheat starts fine, but as soon as xenoverse loads, its already not responding, windows then suspends it, waiting for it to respond and then it closes to desktop without even a pop up letting me know the game crashedĪlso i cant adjust graphics settings since i haven't been able to get into the game yet so any suggestions would be very helpful Here's my system specs and everything I've tried so far However, now i don't even get to the logos before the title screen, so if anyone has any suggestions on what to do, that would be really helpful Just decided to re-install the game, played in the past and everything worked fine.
